Requirements:

• Must possess a general understanding of the basic concepts of Christian (Protestant) doctrine.

• Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a Praise and Worship Musician and/or Director in a Contemporary Worship Service setting.

• Must be able to lead a band/praise team/congregation in song vocally while playing the guitar, piano, or keyboard.

• Must have experience and/or training in music with the proficiency to read music (chords, primarily) and play the piano or guitar.

• Must furnish a demonstration of playing an instrument while singing as a core capability in directing songs for the Contemporary Worship service.

• Must submit to and pass a background check.
