Requirements:

• Must possess instrumental and vocal music skills in both direction and performance that are comparable to a similar position in secondary education settings.

• Must be able to demonstrate skill as a musician, lead congregational worship in a variety of styles, direct a choir in at least four-part musical scores, play the piano, and read music.

• Must demonstrate proper English in speech and written form.

• Must demonstrate a clear understanding of Navy organization and the pluralistic ministry requirements that affect the use of Chapel facilities and staff.

• Must be able to submit proof of U.S. Citizenship.

• Must submit and pass the background check.
